“Courage is the ability to do things that feel difficult, scary, or uncertain… One moment of courage can change your life. And one life can change the world.”

Mel Robbins – The 5 Second Rule

Self-Awareness Coaching Is A 3-Step Process

First

Be present. Foundationally, you decide you can no longer live on autopilot. You must journey to understand why you do the things that obstruct you from living your best life. You must be awake, aware, and present to find and live the life you desire.

Second

Be aware. Secondly, you concede that you are human and that your life is at times, messy, uptight, apathetic, and imperfect. To successfully complete this stage, you must choose to change what gets in the way of living your best life. Only through growing in self-awareness can life purpose and fulfillment be found.

Third

Be intentional. In this stage, we must gather the courage to intentionally grow so you can live a fuller, kinder, and more on-purpose life.

Be Intentional
